Sales Agents Martin S. Carr Marty is a licensed Broker-Officer with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. Marty oversees our commercial management operations and the sales division. Marty received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988. He has been employed with Deca Realty Company since 1990. Marty is a charter member of the Missouri Association of Realtors Property Management Section. James J. Young Jim has been licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission as a Broker-Officer since 1990. Jim is the director of our residential management operations. Jim has been employed with Deca since 1984. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama in 1982 and his Master of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from Saint Louis University in 1984. Jim is a charter member of the Missouri Association of Realtors Property Management Section. Lisa N. Ryan Lisa received her license as a Salesperson by the Missouri Real Estate Commission in 2004. Lisa is a full service agent and serves as a listing agent, buyers agent and property manager. Lisa graduated from Saint Louis University in January 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Management. Angela C. Velazquez Member of the St. Louis Apartment association and The National Association of Residential Property Management. Junior Board Member of the not for profit organization “Team Activities for Special Kids (TASK) Angela received her license as a Salesperson by the Missouri Real Estate Commission in 2006. Angela is a full service agent serving as a listing agent, buyer’s agent and residential property manager. She graduated from Saint Louis University in May 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. John M. Bumb John has been licensed as a Salesperson by the Missouri Real Estate Commission since 1985. He has been actively involved with Deca Realty since 1997. His primary function is the acquisition, renovation and sale of single-family homes. Having been born and raised in St. Louis, John is very familiar with the real estate Market and trends in the area. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Webster University and had a double minor in Real Estate and Marketing.
