Marty is a licensed Broker-Officer with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. Marty oversees our commercial management operations and the sales division. Marty received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988. He has been employed with Deca Realty Company since 1990. Marty is a charter member of the Missouri Association of Realtors Property Management Section.

Jim has been licensed by the Missouri Real Estate
Commission as a Broker-Officer since 1990. Jim is the director of
our residential management operations. Jim has been employed with
Deca since 1984. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History
and Sociology from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama in 1982
and his Master of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from Saint Louis
University in 1984. Jim is a charter member of the Missouri Association
of Realtors Property Management Section.
Angela C. Velazquez

Angela received her license as a Salesperson by the
Missouri Real Estate Commission in 2006. Angela is a full service
agent serving as a listing agent, buyer’s agent and residential
property manager. She graduated from Saint Louis University in May
2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management.
Charles J. Uxa

Charlie received his license as a Salesperson by
the Missouri Real Estate Commission in 2009. Charlie serves as the
property manager of condo and homeowners associations. He graduated
from Saint Louis University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration with a major in Management. Charlie is
a volunteer at St. Louis University Hospital and is a member of
the Cardinal Ritter Senior Services DuBourg House Task Force. He
is also an active member of The Community Association Institute.
