Our Realtor Referral Program Helps Your Business Grow
Let’s Rent it Out.
When your real estate client can’t sell their home or apartment because of the market or the economy or the timing, there’s no need to stress. Partner with a professional St. Louis property management team like ours at Deca, and we’ll help your client earn some income while waiting to sell.
This will make you look good – and, you’ll retain your client.
Renting Out Properties for Real Estate Agents and Their Clients
The St. Louis real estate market has its ups and downs, just like any real estate market. While these things might be out of your control, there’s something you can do that will help your business and your clients.
Be an expert. Be a resource.
Refer your clients to Deca Property Management, and we’ll rent the home or apartment out for your clients until the market is at a point where they’re comfortable trying to sell again. This helps you preserve your client relationship, and when those rent checks start rolling in, your clients are going to think you’re a genius.
Our Realtor Referral Program will ensure you don’t lose the opportunity to sell your client’s property when the time is right. It could also put your real estate investing clients in an excellent position to acquire another property now.
Renting is an interim approach. It’s a solution to a problem. Not only will you help your clients preserve the equity they’ve built in their asset, you’ll keep the business you’ve worked so hard to earn.

How Our Realtor Referral Program Works
Getting started is easy:
- Step 1: You recommend renting out a property that isn’t selling.
- Step 2: Refer your client to us by providing their name and contact information.
- Step 3: We’ll talk to your client about our leasing and management strategy. We’ll discuss what we do to maintain and protect their asset, and we’ll agree to manage the property.
- Step 4: With you listed as the referring agent, you can expect a referral fee as soon as a resident is placed and moving in. This is a $250 per-unit fee, with a $1,000 maximum.
And, everybody wins.
