How Our Realtor Referral Program Works
Getting started is easy:
- Step 1: You recommend renting out a property that isn’t selling.
- Step 2: Refer your client to us by providing their name and contact information.
- Step 3: We’ll talk to your client about our leasing and management strategy. We’ll discuss what we do to maintain and protect their asset, and we’ll agree to manage the property.
- Step 4: With you listed as the referring agent, you can expect a referral fee as soon as a resident is placed and moving in. This is a $250 per-unit fee, with a $1,000 maximum.
