To get your resident portal enabled:
- Go to www.decarealty.com
- Click on “Resident Portal”
- Click on Sign Up, fill in the information requested, and submit
- We will enable your portal and you will receive an email with the link to create your login

Pay Cash Close to Your Home or Apartment
Cash voucher via your resident portal – RentMoney takes cash payments and converts them into a secure ACH electronic transaction. For a fee of $3.75 per transaction you can pay cash at any location that accepts CheckFree pay. All you have to do is generate your cash voucher through your portal and either print the voucher through your portal or save an electronic copy to your mobile device and take it to the nearest vendor. You can search for payment centers near you through your portal. Vendors include Wal-Mart, ACE Cash Express and a number of other CheckFree payment center locations in the area.

Walter from Aced Maintenance helped replace and fix multiple things in my home. He replaced the garbage disposal, fixed my doorbell, and replaced my ceiling fan. He answered all the questions I had about what was being fixed and replaced. And answered additional questions I had about other things in the home. He communicated with the property management about any additional work that needed to be done. Also provided me with information about everything he fixed. I really appreciated the work he did and his communication.

My A/C went out and Walter brought 2 portable units out until my HVAC gets replaced. Walter is wonderful!! He cares about your needs. He’s terrific to talk to and he’s a dog lover! I can’t say enough good things about him!!

Just had a showing with Tasha Robinson today. She gave a courtesy call to make sure I was still coming which I appreciated. She answered all of my questions about not only the unit I was seeing today but another unit I was interested in and I was able to see that 2nd unit as well today! I highly recommend her for the showings of the apartments with Deca Property Mgmt.

Current tenant, the property is nice and in a great neighborhood. Most of the maintenance issues are handled quickly, the Aced team is professional and courteous. On January 3, 2024, Dillion assessed my leaking toilet. This had been worked on before by Angela and Chad back in May 2023. Dillion determined that the installer hired by Seller of this condo that I purchased had improperly installed the toilet and ceramic tile floor. The flange was too low and the new floor was incorrectly built around it. Dillon installed a spacer and replaced the wax ring with a plastic ring. All throughout the process, Dillion took the time to explain to me in detail what he discovered and what he was doing to make the repairs. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Another thing I appreciated was that he called when he was on the way with an ETA.

Good company. Professional and communication with them has been great. A lady named TASHA showed us a home and she was great. She was friendly and helpful. 5 Stars to her. Also a gentleman named JOHN showed us 2 properties and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the properties he showed us, and he did it all with a smile. He even gave us some extra insight into one of the properties that helped with our decision. 5 stars for him to.

It has been a pleasure working with Deca to find a rental! I found a property online, scheduled a viewing and completed application the same day with no issues! Application process was fairly easy online. The reps in the office were very helpful and attentive to my needs, received prompt responses to any questions/ concerns I expressed. I have had a great rental experience with Deca so far. They definitely work with you on rental payments so long as you keep your word and promise to pay. They send us air filters by mail which is so convenient. Management is very attentive and responsive. I have not experienced anything negative at all with this company! Overall a very good management company. We opened a ticket to address an issue with our outdoor motion lights. Marcelo called, came out, replaced two separate lights including upgrading the fixtures themselves. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I met with Steve Young, DECA’s Property Management CEO pertaining to an internship for one of my students. He was very pleasant (as well as his team) personable, and willing to assist in whatever way he could to help with our young people looking for professional opportunities and mentorship. I was very impressed with the feel of the organization. As soon as I walked in, it was a “mom and pop” shop feel and could tell that they really cared about their clients, and youth wanting to learn job readiness skills.
