Deca Property Management was established in 1990, with the goal of providing high quality property management services in and around the Saint Louis area. Our family-owned company noticed an opportunity in the local real estate market and set out to be a different kind of company, with higher standards for property management.

Today, Deca Property Management manages around 1,400 residential and commercial properties. We also work with community associations and HOAs to deliver and document all the services required by their boards and homeowners. We believe in improving what we do and elevating the entire industry. Deca Makes a Difference
We achieved a lifelong dream when we launched our nonprofit. Lifting Up STL is an organization that provides a helping hand for those in the St. Louis community with a willingness and desire to change their circumstances through guidance and resources. We will continue to contribute a percentage of our profits to this organization to support our community. It is our goal to offer support, group educational sessions and individual guidance in hopes of changing the trajectory of people’s lives to a positive, self-sufficient track.
