Deca will perform Periodic Walk-throughs
You might ask why should I protect my property with Periodic Walk-throughs? In order to ensure occupied properties are being taken care of, Deca will visit the property and provide a detailed report that identifies how the tenant maintains the property. We will look for any neglected/deferred issues, preventative maintenance needs, and required capital improvements. The owner will receive a detailed report that will include:
- Photos
- Recommendations for preventative maintenance
- Unauthorized tenants or pets
- Lease violations
- Overall condition of the property
Common Area Cleaning
Common areas see a lot of traffic and it is very important that multi-family units maintain a clean and reputable appearance. Proper treatment will help to attract and retain residents. Common areas include interior hallways, laundry facilities, basements, garages, and exterior trash pickup. Deca provides the following services:
