Q: What are your office hours?

A: Office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Closed on select holidays.

Q: When is rent due and how do I pay?

A: Rent is due on the 1st and late after the 5th of each month. There are several ways to pay:

Pay Automatically Online:

No stamps required! It’s the easiest way to make sure your rent gets paid on time, every time.

Checking account via resident portal (free after the first month if you set up monthly auto payments or $2 transaction fee for one-time payments).

Credit Card via resident portal ($21 per transaction).

To get your resident portal enabled:

    • Go to www.decarealty.com
    • Click on “Resident Portal”
    • Click on Sign Up, fill in the information requested, and submit

We will enable your portal, and you will receive an email with the link to create your login

Pay by Mail

Mail a check or money order to our office. Our address is 9630 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO 63123

Pay Cash Close to Your Home

Cash voucher via your resident portal – RentMoney takes cash payments and converts them into a secure ACH electronic transaction. For a fee of $3.75 per transaction you can pay cash at any location that accepts CheckFree pay. All you have to do is generate your cash voucher through your portal and either print the voucher through your portal or save an electronic copy to your mobile device and take it to the nearest vendor. You can search for payment centers near you through your portal. Vendors include Wal-Mart, ACE Cash Express and a number of other CheckFree payment center locations in the area.

Pay in Person
You are also given the option of paying in person, of course. We accept check or money orders. Our office is located at 9630 Gravois Rd. St. Louis, MO 63123

Q: Who do I call for maintenance?

A: For the fastest response, we encourage residents to put in service requests through your resident portal. You may also contact our maintenance coordinator during office hours at (314) 631-3306 and select option 2 or email us at maintenance@decapm.com. We also have an emergency maintenance line, which is (314) 631-3306 and select option 1.

Q: Where can I find a copy of my lease?

A: It’s in your resident portal.

Q: What do I do when I want to vacate?

A: You are required by Missouri Landlord Tenant Law to give a full rental period written notice prior to vacating. You can give notice in person, via email, fax, mail, or even through your resident portal. We highly recommend following up to make sure it was received if you do not do it in person.

Q: What is considered an emergency?

A: Here is a list of emergency situations.

Q: I need a circuit breaker letter for my taxes, how do I get one?

A: Send a conversation through your portal requesting the document or call us at 314-631-3306 and speak with your property management team.

I've never stayed in a property where maintenance shows up within a day. That's what got me hooked my furnace went out within months of me moving in and they were on it!!! I appreciated that. I’ve rented with Deca for about 6yrs and my maintenance service has been 99% great. I’m disabled and they’ve installed storage, pics, mirrors and bathroom safety bars,etc. Jim Young is a great manager and nice to me. My overall rental experience with Deca is great and I look forward to our rental future. This Deca property is well maintained, quite, clean and safe. I must be fair in my review of my history renting with Deca. This is a repost of a 1-Star Review that Goggle Reviews Removed after i posted a Separate 5-Star Review of great work that Deca did installing Grab Safety Bars in the restroom on 3/17/21. Deca told me water leaks are paramount and would be handled as such. i had an emergency kitchen water leak under the sink one weekend and was told to put a bucket under it. As a disabled person i had No Use of my kitchen in the middle of a red-hot 3rd strike pandemic. I ate out that weekend to keep safe. the leak was eventually fixed but was taken as the Paramount Emergency water leak it was.

the apartment is full with spiders, to the point I was bitten by one, and had to go to the clinic for the brown recluse.The apartment was not cleaned properly.. or at least fumigation The attention of the people in Deca, specially of Michelle is the best, she is an excellent employee.
