One of St Louis' oldest and best property management companies with a physical bank reception window with receipt book at an office with over 50 people representing both landlords and tenants. Rent can be paid online. Maintenance is done well within hours, not days 🙂

Walter with the maintenance team was great! He called next day after we made a request, resolved the situation, and also fixed a totally different problem willingly! Walter also made sure our dogs were happy and brought them some treats. 10/10 service.

WOW!!! Great service and quick response from DECA Property Management, specifically, Katelyn Alexander. Every time I have a question or an issue, they are right there with the answer. They are organized and on top of things. I have dealt with other property management companies, and DECA is by far the best I have ever dealt with in every way possible.

I'm a Realtor who just purchased a condo for myself. Lenders and Realtors know that condos have been having a really hard time getting approved for financing due to updated lending regulations. Katelyn Alexander is the property manager for my condo group and we had such a smooth transaction. All of the needed documentation was immediately provided with no delays. I've had deals for clients fall apart due to condo mismanagement and was so nervous about this deal but we were so pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service and attention to detail.

Tasha with Deca was AMAZING! Friendly, accommodating, and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the viewing process! She was easy to talk to and answered questions quickly. She showed up early and even showed me 2 other properties that were available near by. I had driven 2& 1/2 hrs on my day off to view a property and wasn't able to book another one for several days so she saved me the trip! Thank you Tasha for squeezing me in! After having 2 separate unpleasant phone interactions with the lady in the office Tasha turned my business with this company to a very pleasant one. 5 stars for Tasha! Deca has been working with us hand and hand as we’ve been given such a short notice to move into a new home. They even were able to schedule us in for an emergency showing the evening of, and the house was so clean, smelled amazing, and the lady showing us the home was so accommodating and sweet.

We've been really happy with how quickly DECA responds to our maintenance requests. Walter came by today because our AC isn't working well at all and was quick to install a window unit and get us scheduled with an HVAC person. Walter from Aced Maintenance helped replace and fix multiple things in my home. He replaced the garbage disposal, fixed my doorbell, and replaced my ceiling fan. He answered all the questions I had about what was being fixed and replaced. And answered additional questions I had about other things in the home. He communicated with the property management about any additional work that needed to be done. Also provided me with information about everything he fixed. I really appreciated the work he did and his communication.

Just had a showing with Tasha Robinson today. She gave a courtesy call to make sure I was still coming which I appreciated. She answered all of my questions about not only the unit I was seeing today but another unit I was interested in and I was able to see that 2nd unit as well today!
