Limitations, Restrictions and Terms and Conditions for the Deca Property Management (“DPM”) Billboard Promotion (the “Promotion”)

The Promotion, which provides a discount of $100.00 off the first month’s rent will be honored provided the following conditions are met:

1. The term (“Term”) of the Promotion begins on April 12, 2024, and runs through June 30, 2024.
2. Applicant must notify a DPM team member that they are applying to lease a home/apartment because they saw the DPM billboard advertising the Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies only to residential units. Commercial units are not eligible for the Promotion.
4. Applicant must apply for a residential unit managed by DPM during the term of the promotion.
5. The Promotion may not be applied to existing leases, applications submitted, or leases executed prior to or after the Term of the Promotion.
6. Approved applicants are required to pay the full monthly rental value of the leased unit during the term of the lease and make all initial payments due under the lease prior to moving in, provided however that the first month’s rent will be reduced by $100.00. If all payments are not made during the duration of the lease, the $100 credit will be voided, and the tenant will be responsible for it.
7. The Promotion may be used by an applicant only one time during the Term.
8. The Promotion is not valid when combined with any other promotions or discounted rental rates.
9. The Promotion is not redeemable for any cash value other than a $100.00 discount on the first month’s rent and only if the conditions set forth herein have been met.

These Limitations, Restrictions and Terms and Conditions for the Promotion are subject to modification or cancellation without notice, in the sole discretion of DPM. Additional terms and conditions may be added to the Promotion, and any such additional terms and conditions will be listed here.
