I am pleased to announce that Deca Property Management is adopting a portfolio style of management. For those not familiar with this concept, it is an effort to direct resources to specific areas to better serve the needs of both our owners and residents. Each of our property managers will be surrounded by a team of three (two property manager assistants and one field representative). The property manager will focus on you, the owner. They will provide more timely communication, be more available to you, and will be very proactive in addressing concerns. The two property manager assistants will focus on the residents. They will get to know the residents as they handle everything from move-in to move-out. The field representative will be the “boots on the ground,” making frequent visits to properties, handling inspections, meeting contractors, and being our eyes on the property. Our accounting and maintenance departments will remain the same.
We are confident that the quality of your property management services will be enhanced. This change will start transitioning immediately. Please be patient as we have hired multiple new team members. Also, note that we will be reassigning some of our property managers and you will be notified as to who you will be working with very soon.
