HOA Manager

Deca Property Management | Saint Louis, MO

We’re hiring an HOA Manager to oversee multiple homeowners’ associations. This role blends property management, financial oversight, and community relations. You’ll be the main point of contact for boards, residents, and vendors—ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with governing documents, and long-term community success.

Responsibilities:

• Support boards with meetings, planning, and policy interpretation
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and monthly property inspections
• Handle budgets, financial reports, and assessment collections
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and uphold community standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of property or HOA management experience
• HOA certification preferred (not required)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with property management software and basic accounting

Work Schedule & On-Call Details:

Regular Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional meetings may occur outside these hours.

On-Call Rotation:

• Approximately every 6 weeks.
• Additional compensation: $500 per week of on-call duty.

PAY IS BASED SOLEY ON EXPERIENCE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
