I’ve been a part of the Deca Family for 5 years. When I started with Deca they were a growing company with great values in family and friend, which were major factors that pushed me to join the Deca family. Over the past 5 years as a company we have grown and developed a base that will provide us with a great future while maintaining those core values of family and friend.
I have been the Maintenance Supervisor for just over 4 years. My back ground is in the construction industry, I started out working for a small general contractor when I got out of college learning all aspects of construction. With-in a few years I started a small handy man company doing maintenance for home owners and eventually developed that into a general contracting company. All along developing my drive and knowledge of the construction Service industry.
I grew up in St. Peters, MO an only child, so I was afforded a lot of opportunities to be involved in sports and the Boy Scouts, I am an Eagle Scout. My involvement in both sports and scouts gave me the ability to understand the meaning of team work and leadership. All of which I feel are very important to the way I handle myself and deal with others. I am married and have 2 beautiful little girls. My wife and I enjoy doing projects around our house in our spare time.
