My journey over the past 13 years at Deca Realty has helped me understand the challenges that exist in owning rental properties. I have an appreciation for both property owners who invest their hard earned money into properties and for tenants who are looking for a nice and safe place to live.
As the office supervisor at Deca Realty the past three years, I have worked tirelessly to ensure that both owners and tenants are treated professionally and fairly. Deca is committed to honesty and “doing what is right.” My job is to make sure our entire staff is not only committed to that value, but that we put it into practice each and every day.
In addition to overall supervision of the office, I am a sales agent for 1 Degree Realty (Deca’s sales division). Last year, I successfully assisted 5 clients in buying and selling their properties. My first home was sold in six days!
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions most people will encounter. With every real estate transaction comes an array of details to be managed and sometimes problems to be solved. I enjoy taking the ease and stress off my clients to make the path as easy and smooth as possible.
Being an agent brings new challenges everyday, but I enjoy learning new things. Staying current with industry trends allows me to better assist my clients. The relationships I’ve built through helping others to find the right properties, have been very rewarding.
My life journey began in Kirkwood where I grew up with a brother, sister and great parents, who taught me the value of honesty and hard work. As a child I participated in acrobatics and competed nationally in many competitions. I even appeared on Star Search! The competition taught me what it is like to be dedicated, how to pay attention to detail, and that results do matter.
My passion these days is raising my two beautiful daughters and providing my family the type of upbringing that I had. Balancing my life between raising my family and working hard to make Deca Realty a great company is challenging; I have learned over the years that nothing is handed to you. You must work hard and put it all out there, each and every day, while also having fun.
