Kirkwood
Kirkwood is a favorite for St. Louis families. Its central location offers easy access to downtown, and the airport and shops and restaurants are within walking distance from most homes. There is a wide range of properties offering something for everyone, but it is most known for its large historic homes with wrap around porches.
Many families think Kirkwood is beyond their budget, but if you wander further away from the central downtown area there are lots of smaller mid-century homes. If renting is what you are looking for there are lots of options in one of Kirkwood’s charming condos or apartments.
Some of the local favorites are the train station in the heart of the city, the Farmers Market and the historic City Hall. You can also find over 100 specialty shops, restaurants and fourteen parks! It is an idyllic city to call home.

He carried himself with a sense of respect, professionalism, and gave me great customer service. I would very much appreciate him being the one to return in the future, should there be any more work orders put in by my household. Carpets cleaned, porch railing replaced, and a friendly, superb interaction from another human. What more could one ask for?
