Explanation of the Rental Application Process

Tasha with Deca was AMAZING! Friendly, accommodating, and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the viewing process! She was easy to talk to and answered questions quickly. She showed up early and even showed me 2 other properties that were available near by. I had driven 2& 1/2 hrs on my day off to view a property and wasn't able to book another one for several days so she saved me the trip! Thank you Tasha for squeezing me in! After having 2 separate unpleasant phone interactions with the lady in the office Tasha turned my business with this company to a very pleasant one. 5 stars for Tasha! Would recommend her to anyone looking to relocate to the stl and surrounding areas. Thanks again!

Deca has been working with us hand and hand as we’ve been given such a short notice to move into a new home. They even were able to schedule us in for an emergency showing the evening of, and the house was so clean, smelled amazing, and the lady showing us the home was so accommodating and sweet.

The house is OK for the price. Needs porches painted. Employees are very polite and if they can not give me immediate response always call back or My DECA.

I recently put a few maintenance work orders in and I pleased with how effective the response was to have those orders complete. I had a visit with Walter for a maintenance work order and he notified me with his ETA he came promptly, he was very informative, and helpful. Thank you Walter for your service!

We've been really happy with how quickly DECA responds to our maintenance requests. Walter came by today because our AC isn't working well at all and was quick to install a window unit and get us scheduled with an HVAC person. He was also super sweet to our dog who is his new biggest fan. Thanks Walter!

Walter with Deca maintenance is such a friendly guy. He came out 1 day after we moved in and addressed our concerns. I look forward to working with him.

Walter from Aced Maintenance helped replace and fix multiple things in my home. He replaced the garbage disposal, fixed my doorbell, and replaced my ceiling fan. He answered all the questions I had about what was being fixed and replaced. And answered additional questions I had about other things in the home. He communicated with the property management about any additional work that needed to be done. Also provided me with information about everything he fixed. I really appreciated the work he did and his communication.

My A/C went out and Walter brought 2 portable units out until my HVAC gets replaced. Walter is wonderful!! He cares about your needs. He’s terrific to talk to and he’s a dog lover! I can’t say enough good things about him!!

Just had a showing with Tasha Robinson today. She gave a courtesy call to make sure I was still coming which I appreciated. She answered all of my questions about not only the unit I was seeing today but another unit I was interested in and I was able to see that 2nd unit as well today! I highly recommend her for the showings of the apartments with Deca Property Mgmt.

I dealt with Stacey going forward with the process she was awesome wasn’t a question I asked that she couldn’t answer Deca is an amazing agency and would refer them to everyone that’s looking for a place they rock and my place does as well

Marcelo Simon did an excellent job putting my window screens in today. I accidentally missed one window and had to call him back and he came right away with no problems.

Trying to find a place to rent I came across Deca Properties. They were helpful and made sure I viewed several choices of houses before making a decision to pick one. So far I am very happy with the company and my experience.

On January 3, 2024, Dillion assessed my leaking toilet. This had been worked on before by Angela and Chad back in May 2023. Dillion determined that the installer hired by Seller of this condo that I purchased had improperly installed the toilet and ceramic tile floor. The flange was too low and the new floor was incorrectly built around it. Dillon installed a spacer and replaced the wax ring with a plastic ring. All throughout the process, Dillion took the time to explain to me in detail what he discovered and what he was doing to make the repairs. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Another thing I appreciated was that he called when he was on the way with an ETA.

I've been searching for about 3 months for the right place at the right price. I found several that met my needs. Cliff one the agent has been so helpful in showing some of the properties. Thank You!

I have been renting with Deca for 3-4 years. I would like to change apartments but I have not had any issues. I saw a place with Tasha today that I love and I hope it stays available for me.
