Residential/Commercial Cleaner
Aced Maintenance | Saint Louis, MO, USA
Responsible for cleaning residential and commercial rental units in a detailed and professional manner throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas.
Perform cleaning duties including but not limited to:
- Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
- Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
- Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain removal as needed
- Disposing of trash from inside the unit as well as bins and containers
- Polishing room accessories as needed
- Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
In addition:
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
- Pays attention to detail when cleaning

Pay Range:
Starting at $22.00 per hour
COMPENSATION IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Mileage Reimbursement Required:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have valid drivers license
Own a vehicle with insurance (minimum policy amount of $100K in liability coverage)
Willing to take background and drug test

Walter was very professional. He is someone who takes pride in his work when handling these work requests. Absolutely courteous and I felt I gained a trusted tech, who will get the work done, and done with assurance that he treats these homes, as if they were his own. In my time here he will be the only one that will work on things while my family and I are here.

Jeff was absolutely incredible to work with on the viewing! He was very knowledgeable about the properties and he answered any and all questions I had. He even went out of his way to meet my needs by showing me another property a street over due to the extra time he had. An amazing experience all around thanks to Jeff. They manage a rental of mine while I live across the USA. It's worked out well! The team has been responsive to my questions and to the tenant, and repairs that needed done got done. The only thing I think that could be improved is their web-portal where it could be more intuitive.

I've been at my home for 7 years now. Anytime I need something fixed, I put in an order and it's fixed. I'm lucky to live in one of the safest neighborhoods which is important to me as a mom. I don't see myself moving until I purchase a home. Keep up the good work.

The maintenance man Walter is absolutely amazing!! He knew I had dogs and brought them treats, and sat down with them to make sure they were comfortable with him before he started working (which is a big deal for me, as my dogs are very uncomfortable having strangers in the house and will bark nonstop). He was so kind throughout the whole process and so genuine. He wanted to help as much as he could and make this a great experience for me after a few different experiences. I will be requesting him every time I need anything! The sweetest man I’ve ever met and so kind! Thank you so much Walter! For everything!

To start off, I’ve never rented from Deca but my daughter just sealed a NICE deal of a house. Let me shout out MORGAN P. She rode the wave with my daughter from start to finish. This is my daughter first rodeo and she gave me the BIGGEST headache trying to explain the process she had to go thru lol she was so anxious AND ready to move on her own! Honestly she got on my nervesssss lol and I got her permission to talk to Morgan with her and speak for her when she wasn’t able to be on her phone due to work. Morgan was so PLEASANT to work with and IF she have to deal with ppl such as my daughter, MORGAN NEED A RAISE! 😀 Now let’s talk about JEFF T! He was the person that showed my daughter the house. He answered all 1000 of her questions and was very patient with her as she was viewing her house and the walk thru. I’m so glad I found this company on Google because I would have never known about it. Now I know where I can send possible renters too. The reviews speak LOUD for this company and I see why!

I just moved into a house Deca manages and when I tell you they have given me 5 star service I mean that. Walter called and text me before and after the job was done, Thank you so much for being kind and taking care of all of the work orders. Tanisha has showed us 2 properties and has been prompt and very professional during this. I would love to apply for one of these properties but the qualifications are ridiculous. These management companies are just taking over the rental industry and making it damn near impossible to get a home. The deposits are insane. How am I supposed to afford $3000 to get into home? We would have to live with family for months jsut to save up the amount they want. It makes it infuriating. I cannot be for certain if thst was her name but she was very sweet and helpful with any questions we had.

Walter has came to fix mostly all of the issues at our rental! Honestly, It was seeming a lil sketchy with having things fixed and ready for my family to move in! But Walter has definitely came by and showed out! He even went as far as to attempt to help fix my washer. Lol! I’m hoping that Walter will or can be our permanent maintenance guy! He is awesome and and very professionally pleasant!

Not only is Deca an amazing company to rent from they have an amazing and friendly staff. Amanda has been out to help us with maintenance 2 times now and both times she was SUPER helpful and very mindful of our time and space. Also very friendly.

Leatrice was such a great help to me! She was so kind & patient to answering my nearly 1000 questions with accuracy & care. She took the liberty of finding out information & replying back to me immediately. She made my life 10x easier due to me not having a clue of what I was doing! My previous call was with an individual who was pretty bland & wasn’t up to answering my many questions so being able to be connected to someone like Leatrice was a true blessing! In my opinion Deca needs 10 more Leatrices on their phones who bring compassion & patience to those going through troubling times while finding housing!
