Q: Can you help me sell my property or acquire new investment properties?

Q: Where can I find property reports?
A: You’ll have access to an owner portal 24/7, which provides you information on rental payments, financial statements, invoices, and work orders in real time.
Q: Can you explain how to read the owner financial statement?
Q: When are owner distributions?
A: Deca makes owner distributions on the last working day of each month via ACH. Depending on your bank it may take 3 business days to post to your bank account.
Q: How often do you visit my property?
A: We offer a walk-through program that provides a comprehensive report (with photos) showing the exterior and interior condition of the property. The cost per walk-through is $75 and the number of times is determined by the property owner.
Q: How is property maintenance handled?
A: Deca provides multiple options for maintenance services, including a 24 hour call center, and a fully insured and trained maintenance staff to handle work orders and make readies. If you have a preferred vendor, we can use that professional as long as they do good work in a timely manner and carry insurance. Additionally you are welcome to handle all maintenance on your own.
