Conducting a thorough rental property inspection is a good way to ensure that residents are meeting their lease obligations. It also helps identify any maintenance issues that can be remedied before they grow into something more serious. 

We will never require you to invest in this service, but we do strongly encourage our owners to take advantage of this preventative and proactive service that preserves the condition of your investment and keeps your residents accountable for the property.

Get Peace of Mind Every Six Months

We appreciate working with investors who care about the condition of their investments and want to ensure their value is increasing. When you request a walk through every six months, you’re getting the peace of mind that everything is as it should be. You’re also getting a detailed and accurate property condition report that identifies important things such as:

  • Resident performance and accountability
  • Deferred or unreported maintenance needs
  • Capital improvement potential

We’re looking at both the interior and the exterior of the property, paying special attention to:

  • Exterior issues such as tuck-pointing, gutters, landscaping, surface deterioration, broken windows, and issues with paint or structures
  • Interior issues such as evidence of leaks in ceilings and under sinks and the general cleanliness and upkeep of the property

We check common areas as well, including basements and garages.

Our walk-through service is only $75 per unit. 

Smart property owners know that this is a worthy investment. It could save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars on expensive repairs and needless deterioration.
