I'm a Realtor who just purchased a condo for myself. Lenders and Realtors know that condos have been having a really hard time getting approved for financing due to updated lending regulations. Katelyn Alexander is the property manager for my condo group and we had such a smooth transaction. All of the needed documentation was immediately provided with no delays. I've had deals for clients fall apart due to condo mismanagement and was so nervous about this deal but we were so pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service and attention to detail.

Deca has been working with us hand and hand as we’ve been given such a short notice to move into a new home. They even were able to schedule us in for an emergency showing the evening of, and the house was so clean, smelled amazing, and the lady showing us the home was so accommodating and sweet.

The house is OK for the price. Needs porches painted. Employees are very polite and if they can not give me immediate response always call back or My DECA.

I recently put a few maintenance work orders in and I pleased with how effective the response was to have those orders complete. I had a visit with Walter for a maintenance work order and he notified me with his ETA he came promptly, he was very informative, and helpful. Thank you Walter for your service!

We've been really happy with how quickly DECA responds to our maintenance requests. Walter came by today because our AC isn't working well at all and was quick to install a window unit and get us scheduled with an HVAC person. He was also super sweet to our dog who is his new biggest fan. Thanks Walter!

Walter from Aced Maintenance helped replace and fix multiple things in my home. He replaced the garbage disposal, fixed my doorbell, and replaced my ceiling fan. He answered all the questions I had about what was being fixed and replaced. And answered additional questions I had about other things in the home. He communicated with the property management about any additional work that needed to be done. Also provided me with information about everything he fixed. I really appreciated the work he did and his communication.

My A/C went out and Walter brought 2 portable units out until my HVAC gets replaced. Walter is wonderful!! He cares about your needs. He’s terrific to talk to and he’s a dog lover! I can’t say enough good things about him!!

Just had a showing with Tasha Robinson today. She gave a courtesy call to make sure I was still coming which I appreciated. She answered all of my questions about not only the unit I was seeing today but another unit I was interested in and I was able to see that 2nd unit as well today! I highly recommend her for the showings of the apartments with Deca Property Mgmt.
