1. Deca Will Reduce Their Rental Leasing Fee by 25% If Your Property Is Not Leased Within 60 Days

Whether you own residential or commercial property, the last thing you want is for your property to sit on the market without a renter. At Deca, we work hard to make sure that our clients are matched up with ideal potential tenants. If there is a delay in finding the perfect resident, you won’t have to continue to pay the full leasing fee. We provide a 25% discount on your leasing fee if your property is not leased within 60 days. This simple guarantee will help you better manage the costs of maintaining your properties. 2. Deca Will Pay for Legal Fees Associated with the Eviction Process Filed Within a 6 Month Window of Placing the Tenant

Unfortunately, evictions can be a part of renting properties. The good news is that Deca has your back. We will pay up to $400 in legal fees associated with the eviction process if the papers are filed within six months of placing the resident. Our team works hard to find qualified tenants and place them with the right properties. If something doesn’t work out and an eviction is the necessary next step, you won’t have to deal with it on your own.

In addition, the leasing fee for the replacement resident will be waived. You won’t have to shoulder the cost of replacing a tenant who has broken the lease agreement.
